We’ve created a community based facility for sports fitness, sports rehabilitation and shaping an environment that enables members to develop a positive mindset through exercise to enhance a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
There are several membership options available and following an initial induction you are provided with a personal training programme. So you can achieve your own specific goals, whatever they may be. We have a variety of gym equipment you can use including treadmills, free weights PLUS fun classes at various times of the day to help with cardiovascular fitness.
