Our new Saturday Fitness Class combines Box-fit with Strength & Conditioning to give you that kick start the the weekend. Your Instructor is the very experienced Marlon Roberts and to start with we are running sessions every other weekend as a trial to see how popular it is. Each class is an hour long, from 08:30 – 09:30.
Remember, all of our classes are available to any member paying a monthly subscription. Each class offers something different and there’s something for everyone. If you have a favorite then take another member, who hasn’t tried it yet, with you. We usually have a lot of fun and everyone is friendly.
